We live in a market where 'Zestimates' are worthless. We understand value in the High Country is not like other areas. Pricing property for features like location, view, accessibility, water features, grade, floorplan, and more takes a personal skillset.

Availability.

We answer the phone. If we don't, we will call you back. We make it our goal to speak openly with you about feedback on your property and what is going on. We are also available for brokers and buyers to answer any questions and schedule property showings. Accessibility is key and this is what we excel at.

Photography & Video.

We do high-quality digital photography and sometimes video for all of our listings. Buyers are actively searching on their own online. Property presentation online can make the difference in a sale. In our market, many buyers can be out of town and want to see what your home has to offer, and photography is pivotal.

Local Roots.

Our family has a golf retail business of 35+ years in Foscoe, NC. We actively promote all listings in the local community through our store. Word of mouth advertising is a unique quality we offer for clients.
