Known Issues: The HVAC is gone, washed away so there is no current heated living area. The heated living area square footage is listed as 0. The cabins exterior dimensions equal 679sq'. The Fireplace is propane, but the propane tank has washed away & needs to be replaced. House does not have running water currently. The shared well pump needs to be replaced by the POA.
